• We only ship in the U.S.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days.
• Special order / custom designed products may take up to 12 weeks. 
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Many of our products qualify for free shipping.
• Certain mattresses and recliners may only be eligible for in store pick-up and/or white glove delivery. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

• We also accept in person payments via cash, check, and credit card

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was defective upon delivery - we offer free replacements within 7 days. Please contact us for exchange requests related to damaged or defective items. Goods must be unopened and unused.
• Once the original item is received, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. 
• For your health and safety, all items in our store are final sale. Body fluids (including sweat) are considered biohazards and therefore must be disposed of. Many states restrict the resale of used mattresses and pillows. We do not want these products to end up in the landfill. We do our best to reduce our carbon footprint. If you are uncertain about an item, we encourage you to chat with us, read reviews or visit our store. If you dislike your purchase, we encourage you to donate to those who you see fit.
